Benzalkonium bromide is a mixture of dimethylbenzylammonium bromide, a yellow-white waxy solid or gel. Easily soluble in water or ethanol, with aromatic odor and extremely bitter taste. Produces large amount of foam when strongly shaken. It has the properties of typical cationic surfactant and produces large amount of foam when stirred in aqueous solution. Stable in nature, light resistant, heat resistant, non-volatile and can be stored for a long time. Mainly used for disinfection of skin, mucous membrane, wounds, surfaces of articles and indoor environment. It cannot be used for sterilization of medical devices or for long-term soaking and preservation of sterile equipment.

Uses: 1. Can be used as disinfectant, antiseptic, etc. Used in medicine, cosmetics and water treatment sterilization and disinfection, also used for hard surface cleaning and disinfection deodorization, etc.
2. Non-oxidizing bactericidal and algaecide, slime stripper and cleaning agent. With clean, sterilization and disinfection and algaecide effect, widely used in sterilization, disinfection, antisepsis, emulsification, descaling, solubilization, etc.. Its bactericidal activity is better than jelqing, and its toxicity is lower than jelqing. Usually, its use concentration is 50~100mg/L.
3. This product is used as water injection bactericide in oilfield, with excellent bactericidal power and decontamination power. It has no corrosive effect on metal and does not pollute clothes.
