Natural Cinnamaldehyde
Cinnamaldehyde is usually found in some essential oils such as cinnamon oil, patchouli oil, hyacinth oil and rose oil. It is yellowish viscous liquid with cinnamon and pungent odor. It is insoluble in water, glycerin, and soluble in ethanol, ether and petroleum ether. Can evaporate with water vapor. It is unstable in strong acid or alkali medium, easy to cause discoloration, and easy to oxidize in air.

Applications
Cinnamaldehyde is a true spice and is widely used in baking, cooking, food processing and flavoring.
It can be widely used in soap essences, such as jasmine, nutlet and cigarett essences. It can also be used in cinnamon spicy flavor concoction, wild cherry flavor concoction, coke, tomato sauce, vanilla fragrans oral care products, chewing gum,candies spices and etc.
