MOSV DC-G1
Introduction
MOSV DC-G1 is a powerful granular detergent formulation. It contains a blend of protease, lipase, cellulase and amylase preparations, resulting in enhanced cleaning performance and superior stain removal.
MOSV DC-G1 is highly efficient, meaning that a smaller amount of the product is needed to achieve the same results as other enzyme blends. This not only saves on costs but also helps to reduce environmental impact.
The enzyme blend in MOSV DC-G1 is stable and consistent, ensuring that it remains effective over time and under varying conditions. This makes it a reliable and cost-effective solution for formulators looking to create powder detergents with superior cleaning power.
PROPERTIES
Composition: Protease, Lipase, Cellulase and amylase. Physical form: granule
Introduction
MOSV DC-G1 is a granular multifunctional enzyme product.
The product is efficient in :
Removal of protein- containing stains like meat, egg, yolk, grass, blood.
Removal of stains based on natural fats and oils, specific cosmetic stains and sebum residues.
Anti-greying and anti-redeposition.
The key benefits of MOSV DC-G1 are:
High performance over wide temperature and pH range
Efficient at low temperature washing
Very effective both in soft and hard water
Excellent stability in powder detergents
The preferred conditions for the laundry application are:
Enzyme dosage: 0.1- 1.0% of detergent weight
pH of washing liquor: 6.0 - 10
Temperature: 10 - 60ºC
Treatment time: short or standard washing cycles
The recommended dosage will vary according to detergent formulations and washing conditions, and the desired level of performance should be based on the experimental results.
